Where To Find Meaning

Today’s Scripture “For everything there is a season” (Ecclesiastes 3:1).

  Solomon searches for meaning using the senses within the material universe and has trouble finding any! He concludes this life holds no special revelation apart from God!

  Living well during our lifetime requires living a life with meaning. Solomon admonishes us not to live life, “longing for the good old days,” but rather to live today enjoying the blessings of the here and now. Solomon concluded chasing after the things of this world was meaningless. True meaning comes from knowing the Living God. From where in your life does your meaning come?
