What God is Waiting For

Today’s Scriptur

“The Lord must wait for you to come to him so he can show you his love and compassion” (Isaiah 30:18).

God shows us his tenderness today as he questions Israel and their reasons for turning away. He acknowledges that he must wait on them to come to Him and when they do, He will shower them with love and compassion.

 In the end days, when Israel accepts Jesus as Messiah, after the last battle yet to come, Jesus will usher in a 1000 year reign of peace wherein Israel lives up to their charge of being a holy nation, devoted unto God.
