The Folly of An Indiscriminate Life

Today’s Scripture “I have set you apart from other people to be mine (my very own)” (Leviticus 20:26).

  God’s servants must take care not to profane (or lower the status or value of) God’s name or themselves. It is a great honor to be called “set apart” by God. He has separated us, and we must value ourselves accordingly.

  The High Priest must marry a virgin (Lev 21:13). With Jesus as our High Priest, He desires to be united with a Holy Church. Jesus must be our first love. We are worthy of honor in His sight and must be united to Him in spiritual integrity.
