Today’s Scripture “In the very first month of the first year of his reign, Hezekiah reopened the doors of the Temple of the Lord and repaired them” (2 Chronicles 20:3).
Hezekiah was a good king and a man who sought the Lord wholeheartedly. As a result, he was very successful (2 Chronicles 31:20).
As a result of Hezekiah’s actions in reopening the Temple and re-establishing the annual Festivals, the people were very joyful. They brought their tithes and the king gave of his own resources. What a picture of a fifteen-day festival, a true revival!
