Scripture Highlight: November 10 “A great wave of persecution began that day, sweeping over the church in Jerusalem; and all the believers except the apostles were scattered through the regions of Judea and Samaria” (Acts 8:1).

Today, we read of severe persecution happening in Jerusalem, which causes the Judean believers to move throughout the region, spreading the gospel outside Jerusalem proper.

The believers in Jerusalem were the ones to take the gospel to other parts of the world; the apostles stayed in Jerusalem (Acts 8:4).

Do you understand you are as they were, believers in the faith, called to preach the Good News to those around you? They made quite an impact; you can too!
