Our Resurrected Bodies

Today’s Scripture: October 25 “When the dead rise, they will neither marry nor be given in marriage” (Mark 12:25).
During the last week of Jesus life, he tells three related stories: the story of the evil farmers, the two sons and the great feast. All three were common in that they were a warning to the Jewish leaders that when they disobey God, they reject God and the Gentiles would be grafted-in to the kingdom. A significant point of contention in their discussion was the Sadducees’ disbelief in the resurrection, a point which Jesus taught clearly.
Jesus lived his life with an eye and hope towards the next (life). Do you live your life in a ready state, anticipating the Second Coming, anxious to enter into the blessed hope of the resurrection?
