“I don’t do just what’s best for me, but what’s best for others” (1 Corinthians 10:33).
To Mind (key point): Paul continues in his letter to the Corinthians describing proper use of a Christian’s freedom and how one should consider exercising that freedom when around other people. As Christians, we have freedom, but exercising that freedom may be a stumbling block to someone else.
To Bind (apply to our lives): What might you be doing in your own life that may be a stumbling block to others? What mind shift needs to happen in your own mind so it’s easier to become more aware of others and put others before yourself?
