An Intimate Knowledge

“The Lord will work out his plans for my life” (Psalm 138.8).
To Find (look for):
What does it mean to you when you read, “The Lord will work out his plans for my life” (Psalm 138.8)?
To Mind (key point): In the four Psalms we cover today, we read about God’s abilities vs. humankind’s helplessness. God is able to do all things and has perfect knowledge about all things. We, on the other hand, cannot prevent bad things from happening, nor do we always understand what to do in every situation. A stark contrast.
To Bind (apply to our lives): God’s Word teaches us that He has a plan and a purpose for our life (Rom 8:28) and today we come to understand that not only does He have plans for us, but he is working them out, ensuring they come to pass (Ps 138.8).
